a) To resolve to approve the minutes of the meeting held on 5 February 2026 as a true and accurate record of that meeting.
6. General Matters
a) To further discuss the management of the Allotments from 1 April 2026 by the Allotment Association.
• Councillor or Clerk to act as a representative at Allotment Association meetings.
• Finances

• Communal plot maintenance (shared work parties)
b) To discuss the transfer of key and plot deposits to the AMC account.
c) To resolve to approve the siting of Christmas Trees on the field (Parish Council).
d) To resolve to approve attendance on a bee management course at a cost of £PRICE.
e) To resolve to approve the purchase of a laptop for use by the Allotment Association Committee.
f) To discuss a ban of dogs on the top field.
g) To clarify the responsibilities of the Parish Council in terms of maintenance.
h) To discuss and agree the procedure for dealing with complaints from 1 April 2026.
i) To note the date of the issue of invoices for 2026/27.

a) To note the current bank balance as of 12 March 2026: £4,102.42.
b) To review income from the opening of the AMC account between 28 January 2026 and 12 March 2026.
