NOTICE OF A MEETING OF HECKINGTON PARISH COUNCIL
Dear Sir/Madam
I hereby give you notice that a meeting of Heckington Parish Council will be held remotely via ‘Google Meet’ – in line with Section 78 of the Coronavirus Act 2020 on Monday 27th July 2020 at 7.00pm. If members of the Public or Press wish to join and listen in to the meeting, they should contact the Clerk for an invite to join the virtual meeting via link which will be sent via email at 6.45pm. Please note, due to practicalities of this virtual meeting, there will be no time on this occasion set aside for public participation. However questions or comments from members of the Public may be submitted in writing to the Clerk no later than 1200 noon on Monday 27th July 2020.
All members of the Parish Council are summoned to attend for the purpose of considering and resolving upon the business to be transacted at the meeting, as set out hereunder.
