NOTICE OF A MEETING OF HECKINGTON PARISH COUNCIL

Dear Sir/Madam    

I hereby give you notice that a meeting of Heckington Parish Council will be held in the Council Chambers, St Andrews Street on Monday 24th June 2019 at 7.00pm.  Members of the public and press are invited to attend.

All members of the Parish Council are summoned to attend for the purpose of considering and resolving upon the business to be transacted at the meeting, as set out hereunder.

AGENDA  

1.  Chairman’s Welcome and opening remarks. 

2.  To receive apologies for absence.

3.  To receive a declaration of interest in accordance with the Localism Act 2011.

4.  To consider any requests for dispensations received at or before the start of the meeting.

i.  Cllr Mr D Couzens requests permission to provide details concerning items 7e. 13 and 14 but will not vote.

5.  i. Minutes of the Annual Parish Council Meeting held on Monday 20th May 2019 to be approved as Minutes and signed.  

a.  Matters arising – no resolutions may be passed under this item

ii. To approve the publication of DRAFT Minutes of the Parish Meeting held on Thursday 23rd May 2019. 

6.  Public Speaking Time – 15 minutes allocated in total.  Members of the public are each allowed 3 minutes to make representations.

7.  Financial Matters

a.  To approve payments as listed separately

b.  To discuss and approve Burdens invoice for repairs

c.  To discuss and approve final payment for Play Park

d.  To consider request from resident to refund £24.90 for purchase of Litter pickers

e.  To consider funding the cost of fitting new public toilet at Pavilion and Playing Fields (estimate £1,500)

f.  To receive and accept quote for Parish Council Insurance for the year 1st August 2019 to 31st July 2020 totalling £2,299.97

8.  Receive a report from the Police representative.

9.  Receive a report from the County and District Councillors.

10.  Receive a report from the Clerk. 

11.  Receive reports from Councillor’s relating to their affiliation to local organisations.

15.  To discuss the Central Lincolnshire Local Plan Review, presented by NKDC for consultation

16  Following Public Participation at the Annual Parish meeting, it was agreed to add to the agenda the following –

To discuss the use of, or the removal of, the concrete area on the Village Green
