NOTICE OF A MEETING OF HECKINGTON PARISH COUNCIL
Dear Sir/Madam
I hereby give you notice that a meeting of Heckington Parish Council will be held remotely via ‘Google Meet’ – in line with Section 78 of the Coronavirus Act 2020 on Monday 29th March 2021 at 7pm. If members of the Public or Press wish to join and listen in to the meeting, they should contact the Clerk for an invite to join the virtual meeting via a link. Please note, due to practicalities of this virtual meeting, there will be no time on this occasion set aside for public participation. However questions or comments from members of the Public may be submitted in writing to the Clerk no later than 1200 noon on Friday 26th March 2021.
All members of the Parish Council are summoned to attend for the purpose of considering and resolving upon the business to be transacted at the meeting, as set out hereunder.

ii. To formally ratify decision accepting quote of £1,370 to carry out remedial works to Youth Shelter at Playing fields as per advice from Play Inspection Company (email results 9 x for = majority)
iii. To formally ratify decision to negotiate and purchase Yew trees for cemetery on advice by professional arborist. Initial suggested requirement of 15-18 x yew trees, 8ft + £149 and smaller at £50 maximum price – final price still to be degotiated. (email results 8 x for = majority)
iv. To formally ratify decision to negotiate and contract remedial work to cemetery layby, which is currently muddy under foot. (email results 8 x for + majority.)
v. To formally ratify decision to contract Smiths Construction to repair collapsed drain on driveway to Pavilion (quote £2218.00 + VAT) (email results 8 x for plus 1 x verbal phone message = majority)
vi. To consider Village Hall maintenance
