NOTICE OF A MEETING OF HECKINGTON PARISH COUNCIL

Dear Sir/Madam      

I hereby give you notice that a meeting of Heckington Parish Council will be held in the Village Hall, Heckington on Monday 27th September at 7.30pm.  Please note altered time and venue.

The Village Hall will operate in line with any current restriction advice and mitigations.  Attendees are encouraged to continue wearing face coverings if possible.  Members of the Press and Public are invited to attend, but there may be limited seating.  To reserve a seat, please contact the Clerk on either 01529 460174 or email heckingtonparishcouncil@outlook.com  

All members of the Parish Council are summoned to attend for the purpose of considering and resolving upon the business to be transacted at the meeting, as set out hereunder.

Fifteen minutes will be set aside for Members of the Public to make comments or suggestions.  There Chairman reserves the right to limit each individual to a maximum of 3 minutes.  No decisions will be taken on any issues raised, and items may be carried forward to the next meeting’s agenda.
